General Terms

1. 1. Agreement scope

These General Terms govern access to the marketing website operated by MotionCore Digital (“MotionCore”, “we”, “us”) at motioncore.digital. They do not replace any executed statement of work (“SOW”) or master services agreement you may sign with us. If a conflict arises, the signed commercial agreement prevails.

2. 2. Services description

Site content describes advisory and execution support for retail activation planning, field coordination templates, and related workshops. Unless expressly stated in a SOW, nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer to deliver services at listed prices.

3. 3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse contact forms for spam, unlawful solicitations, or malware distribution. Automated scraping that degrades site performance is prohibited. We may throttle or block abusive traffic without prior notice.

4. 4. Intellectual property

MotionCore retains rights to site copy, diagrams, and downloadable templates we publish here unless a separate license states otherwise. Your trademarks remain yours; you grant us a limited license to reference them when delivering contracted work.

5. 5. Warranties and liability

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose arising solely from browsing this site. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from informational use of the site is limited to THB 5,000 unless mandatory law states otherwise.

6. 6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chon Buri shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from informational use of the site, without prejudice to any venue agreed in a separate commercial contract.

7. 7. Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms or threatened site integrity. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, liability limits) will remain in force.

8. 8. Changes

We may update these General Terms to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance unless mandatory law requires explicit consent.
